All orders ship next business day via USPS from the address listed below. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped:

For international shipments, please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

Lock Laces® offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please follow our Returns Procedure guidelines to return the product to our warehouse in order to receive your refund. 

Replacements or Exchanges

Please contact us if you have any defective parts, are missing any components or would like to exchange any unused product.

Lock Laces® lifetime warranty covers manufacture defects and workmanship under normal use in one pair of shoes. Excessive wear and tear through improper use and uses other than intended purpose are not covered.

Return Procedures

1) Please include documentation of your order # or original packing list with the returned merchandise, your email address and the reason for your return. Please contact us if you are unable to locate your order # or if you have any additional questions.

2) Ship your package with the returned merchandise to the below address. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

3) Once we have received the return, we will notify you by email and begin processing the return. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be put back onto the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement. Please note that Positive Distribution LLC will not be responsible for return shipping charges; this cost is incurred at your expense.
